The Algerian police have dismanteled an international terrorist group that infiltrated terrorists into Spain and other European countries. Several dozen of them have moved into Spain with false residence permits, passports, and visas. The group began operations in 2000, and at least twenty persons have been arrested while carrying arms in Algeria with false papers supposedly issued at the Algerian consulates in Madrid and Alicante. Spanish security services collaborated in the operation, a collaboration between the two countries “which functions very efficiently and regularly.” Full Story
