Britain and Ireland plan to convene Northern Ireland’s legislature in May in a long-awaited push to revive a Catholic-Protestant administration in the British territory, political leaders said Thursday. Prime Minister Bertie Ahern briefed delegations from three Northern Ireland parties about a new Anglo-Irish blueprint for reviving power-sharing.
