British officials helped the CIA capture two British nationals in Africa who were later taken to the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the BBC said Monday, citing secret telegrams it reportedly obtained. Iraqi-born Bisher al-Rawi and Jamil el-Banna are alleged to have been associated with al-Qaida through their connection with the London-based radical Muslim cleric Abu Qatada.
