A bomb exploded near a construction company in Spain’s Basque Country on Thursday after a warning call in the name of armed Basque separatist group ETA, an official said. The warning, received by Gara newspaper an hour before the explosion, gave authorities time to evacuate the area in Trapaga, near Bilbao, a Basque government spokeswoman said.
