Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinian gunmen who attacked a border crossing between the Gaza Strip and Israel in a pre-dawn raid on Thursday, the Israeli army and a militant group spokesman said. An Israeli army spokeswoman said that troops killed two gunmen who participated in the attack, a third was thought to have escaped, she said. “The gunmen attacked the Israeli side of the Erez border crossing, they threw handgrenades.
