Ivorian militant snubs sanctions

The leaders of youth groups loyal to Ivory Coast President Laurent Gbagbo have dismissed the threat of UN sanctions against them. A travel ban and a freeze on any foreign assets might be imposed by the UN Security Council on Tuesday.
