Gunmen Kill Afghan Aid Worker in Mosque
Suspected Taliban gunmen killed an Afghan aid worker who was praying in a mosque in southern Afghanistan, the latest rebel attack on those rebuilding this war-shattered country, officials said Tuesday. Two men rode up on a motorbike Monday, walked inside and used a pistol to shoot the victim in the head, said Haji Maihudin, the deputy governor of Helmand province.
