Bolivian military to leftist: We’ll obey you if you’re elected
The armed forces of what has historically been Latin America’s most coup-prone nation pledged Tuesday to render full obedience to leftist front-runner Evo Morales if he emerges from Sunday’s election as president of Bolivia. Expressing the military’s position was the chief of the army general staff, Gen.
