Fugitive Croatian General Ante Gotovina, wanted by the U.N. war crimes tribunal, is due to appear before a Spanish high court judge on Thursday afternoon, a court source said on Thursday. He was likely to face proceedings to extradite him to The Hague where the U.N. court sits as soon as possible, the source added.
