A man arrested in Indian-administered Kashmir is suspected to be involved in last month’s bomb blasts in the Indian capital, Delhi, the Indian army says. The man, who was arrested in Doda district on Sunday, had “confessed” to his involvement in one of the blasts, officials said. He will be handed over to the Delhi police for further questioning. The blasts at three locations on 29 October killed more than 60 people and injured 210 others. The three blasts came within minutes of each other when many people were out shopping ahead of the Hindu festival of Diwali and the Muslim Eid celebration. Full Story
