Jordan’s king to visit Occupied Territories, Israel

Jordan’s King Abdullah II is expected to visit the West Bank and Israel next week for talks with the Palestinian leadership and to attend a ceremony in honor of his father, officials said. In the West Bank, Israeli soldiers shot dead a 15-year-old Palestinian and wounded two other teenagers in a confrontation in the West Bank town of Nablus, medics said. The Israeli occupation army claimed its troops had opened fire on Palestinians suspected of planning to plant an explosive to ambush troops on a road. Further north, a militant from the armed wing of Islamic Jihad was seriously wounded when troops opened fire on his car near the town of Tubas, medical and security sources said. Full Story
