Howard moves to reassure Muslims as two refused bail on terror charges

Australian Prime Minister John Howard has denied that Muslims were being targeted by counter-terrorism forces, as a magistrate refused two terrororism suspects bail and described their alleged belief in holy war as “extremely alarming”.
