Argentine subway service slowed by jittery workers

Subway trains in the Argentine capital were operating with delays Thursday because some employees, jittery over possible violence related to an unpopular visit by George W. Bush, were slowing down or stopping work. Metrovias, which operates the trains, cited “problems with employees” for the delays. Earlier, the union representing subway workers had demaned increased security measures during the Summit of the Americas. Full Story
