Rebels in the Indonesian province of Aceh have begun a second round of disarmament as part of a peace deal with the government signed in August. The accord calls for the Free Aceh Movement (Gam) to hand in all their weapons by the end of the year. In return, the government is to withdraw around 20,000 troops. Full Story
