U.S. Qaeda suspect claiming torture must show proof
A federal judge on Monday ordered the disclosure of a medical report by doctors who said there were signs that a U.S. citizen accused of plotting with al Qaeda to kill President George W. Bush had been tortured while he was being held in Saudi Arabia. U.S. District Judge Gerald Bruce Lee ordered lawyers for Ahmed Abu Ali to produce complete reports by two experts they had hired to assess his mental and physical condition.Full Story
