Prosecutors can show an excerpt of a documentary about terrorists in the United States during the Sami Al-Arian terror conspiracy trial, a judge ruled Thursday over defense objections. U.S. District Judge James S. Moody issued the ruling during a hearing closed to the press and public and with jurors absent. Moody did not specify when the 9- to 12-minute segment of the documentary Jihad in America would be played, prosecutors said.
