Moroccan to learn fate at Hamburg 9/11 retrial
After nearly four years of investigations and two long trials, Moroccan Mounir El Motassadeq will learn his fate on Friday from a Hamburg court where he stands accused of belonging to a terrorist group and aiding and abetting the September 11 attacks. The judges will announce their ruling in a case that has tested how far the United States is willing to go in providing sensitive evidence to allies for use in open court to help secure convictions in the war on terrorism.Full Story
