Afghanistan urged neighboring Pakistan on Tuesday to crack down on militants hiding in its territory, a day after it was revealed that Afghan intelligence agents scuttled a plot by three Pakistanis to assassinate former U.S. Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad.
