British police said on Tuesday they had arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with suicide bombings against U.S.-led forces in Iraq. Around 30 officers raided a house in the northern city of Manchester at 5 a.m. Police said they went to the address after receiving information that a former resident had traveled from there to take part in a suicide bomb attack in Iraq.
