A Navy SEAL lieutenant testified at his court-martial Thursday that he never punched an Iraqi detainee, and sought to explain how he signed a statement saying he did.The detainee, a suspected insurgent captured by Lt. Andrew Ledford’s platoon, died in Abu Ghraib prison shortly after the SEALs handed him over to the CIA.
