Russian security services have detained a Chechen woman alleged to be a trainer for suicide bombers and another alleged militant in the Caucasus republic, authorities said Sunday. Interior Ministry forces detained the woman in the town of Urus-Martan late Saturday, said Maj. Gen. Ilya Shabalkin, the spokesman for the federal forces in the North Caucasus region. The other alleged militant, detained in the capital, Grozny, is suspected of blowing up vehicles in recent years.Full Story
