Former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, who celebrated his 68th birthday in US custody, is in good health and spirits, a spokesman for his lawyers has revealed. Iraqi lawyer Khalil Dulaimi met Saddam for the second time on Wednesday for six hours, during which he informed him of political and judicial developments, spokesman Ziad Khassawneh said in a statement.
