US will only address North Korean demands at talks: chief delegate

The chief US delegate to multilateral talks on North Korea’s nuclear weapons drive said Washington would only discuss Pyongyang’s demands if the communist state returns to dialogue.US Ambassador to South Korea Christopher Hill, who heads Washington’s negotiating team to the talks, also said the United States believed that the six-party talks are “absolutely the best way” to deal with the stand-off. “We will be prepared and we have been prepared to deal with any questions and deal with the DPRK (North Korea), but at the table,” he said at a seminar.Full Story
