It was part of a drill Wednesday at the Port of Palm Beach meant to test law enforcement agencies’ readiness for a major terrorist attack. More than 150 local, state and federal officials from at least 18 agencies participated in the second day of the 31/2-day exercise, considered to be one of the largest and most complex anti-terrorist training exercises in Florida since the Sept. 11 attacks, organizers said.
