British Prime Minister Tony Blair has issued a public apology to members of two families wrongfully imprisoned for IRA bombings three decades ago. Members of the Conlon and Maguire families were jailed in connection with the 1974 Irish Republican Army bombings in Guildford and Woolwich in England.
