Dutch prosecutors accused 12 men of threatening to kill prominent politicians critical of Islam and said the suspects’ arrests after the slaying of an outspoken filmmaker had foiled other attacks. The men, mostly of Moroccan descent, were arrested after the Nov. 2 killing of film director Theo van Gogh.
