Military intelligence officers have captured a rebel ex-general who was wanted for involvement in bombings that rocked the Spanish Embassy and Colombian Consulate two years ago, Venezuela’s defense minister said. Defense Minister Gen. Jorge García Carneiro said in a statement broadcast on state television Sunday that former National Guard Gen.
