Interior ministry officials from India and Nepal have signed an extradition agreement to net criminals and terror suspects from each other’s countries. The treaty was signed at the end of two days of talks between home secretaries of the two countries in Delhi. A joint communique giving details of the treaty, which will enable fugitives from justice to be deported, is due to be issued later on Thursday. While Maoist rebels control much of Nepal, they also operate in India. Full Story
