Ukrainian PM's appeals rejected

Ukraine’s Supreme Court has rejected three complaints against the conduct of the presidential election lodged by Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych. He was defeated by pro-Western opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko in Sunday’s re-run of the second round. But Mr Yushchenko will not be declared the winner until his rival – seen as pro-Russian – exhausts all legal channels to challenge his victory. Full
