At least 32 Iraqis, including seven police officers, were killed late Tuesday when insurgents tricked the police into raiding a house that was booby-trapped with a powerful bomb, Iraqi officials said today. The bomb was triggered just as police charged the home in the Ghazilyah district of western Baghdad, a rough Sunni Muslim neighborhood that has been the site of clashes between gunmen and police. The explosion, which shook western Baghdad at about 10:30 Tuesday night, flattened at least three adjacent homes, killing the families inside. Throughout today, crews with large equipment scrambled to try to uncover any survivors from amid the rubble.
