Drug trafficking appears to have been involved in the massacre of 14 people on a small farm in southwestern Colombia, authorities said Tuesday. Colombian police offered a reward of 100 million pesos ($38,027) for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators of Sunday’s massacre. The national police chief, Gen.
