A Bosnian accused of helping to slaughter thousands of Muslims in the former Yugoslavia was indicted Wednesday on charges he lied about his involvement in the massacre when he filled out immigration applications. The charges represent the first formal allegations that Marko Boskic was an executioner in a military unit that carried out one of the worst mass killings in Europe since World War II. Boskic, 40, was arrested Aug. 25 at his condominium in the Boston suburb of Peabody, where he had been working as a construction worker for four years.Full Story
