A huge explosion in North Korea last week may have been due to a combination of demolition work for a power plant and atmospheric clouds, South Korea’s spy agency said on Wednesday. “There is a possibility of demolition work for a hydroelectric plant in the Kimhyungjik county and also a possibility of natural clouds of peculiar shape,” the National Intelligence Service said in a rare statement to parliament’s intelligence committee.Full Story
