Iraqi forces have captured four “important” suspects from Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaida terror network, Iraq’s interim prime minister said Thursday. Speaking during a visit to an Iraqi training camp north of Baghdad, Ayad Allawi told recruits that the four “important suspects of al-Qaida who came from abroad” were arrested Wednesday but he did not say where or how.
