Officials in the German city of Hamburg say they have started proceedings to deport two Moroccan men accused of links to the 11 September 2001 attacks. Abdelghani Mzoudi and Mounir al-Motassadek are currently the subjects of cases before German courts. Officials stress their deportation to Morocco will not be possible until all legal processes have been completed. Full Story
