The military lawyer for a man being held at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base said she will “challenge the lawful makeup” of planned U.S. tribunals of terrorism suspects. Additionally, Lt. Col. Sharon Schaeffer, who is representing Ibrahim Ahmed al Qosi, said she will challenge the jurisdiction of the first U.S. military tribunals held in the war on terrorism.
