Most ports don't meet new global security measures

New global port security regulations come into effect today but only a third of the world’s ports meet the new standards. As of July 1, people won’t be allowed within 50 metres of any ship in port, including container and cruise ships. Workers making deliveries have to get special clearance and police will patrol the waters nearby. Full Story
