A right-wing paramilitary leader promised Tuesday to quickly release a former Colombian senator, bowing to mounting pressue over a kidnapping that has clouded peace talks between his group and the government. In a communique sent to local media, Rodrigo Tovar also apologized to the family of former Sen.
