The Philippine police today arrested four suspected members of Jemaah Islamiyah, the Southeast Asian terror network, during an early-morning raid here. Officials said the suspects were planning to carry out attacks to disrupt the inauguration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Wednesday. Ammonium nitrate, clocks, electrical wires and other bomb-making materials, as well as a manual on how to make bombs, were found in the house where the suspects had been staying, police said.
