Spain arrested six people on Wednesday on charges of helping to supply explosives for the March 11 terrorist attacks in Madrid, the Interior Ministry announced. Interior Minister José Antonio Alonso said the six suspects were arrested in the Asturias region of northern Spain by the police, following an order from Judge Juan del Olmo, who is leading the investigation of the bombings, which killed 191 people and wounded more than 1,400. One of the men, Emilio Llano, worked at a mine that was the source of the materials used to make the explosives for the attacks, an Interior Ministry official said. Mr. Llano had access to keys that allowed entry to all of the storage facilities that housed the explosives materials, according to the official.
