A group headed by suspected al Qaeda operative Abu Musab al-Zarqawi claimed responsibility for an attack on Saturday on two cars of the type favored by Westerners in Iraq, saying it had targeted “CIA agents.” It was not immediately clear whether there were casualties or what caused the two four-wheel cars to burst into flames while driving on the main road leading to Baghdad’s airport.
