One person was killed and three others wounded when a bomb exploded at the entrance gate of a port building in the southern Pakistani city of Karachi, police said. “Four people have been injured, two of them critically in the explosion which occurred at gate number 17 of the Karachi Port Trust building,” provincial police chief Inspector General Kamal Shah told AFP. One of the injured identified as Fateh Mohammad later died in hospital, local police officer Athar Rasheed said. KPT manages the busy port where security is usually very tight.
