A small bomb fastened to a lamp-post exploded in central Moscow on Tuesday, injuring seven people, police said. Russian news agencies said the device may have been detonated to target a passing car, some of whose passengers were hurt. “At around 10 a.m. there was an explosion,” said a police spokesman. “Seven people were injured, including passengers (of a car) and passers-by.
