Taliban guerrillas killed two Afghan soldiers on a U.S.-funded highway in a troubled southeastern province where American troops continue to arrest suspected militants, a senior Afghan commander said. The soldiers died near Shahjoy, a trouble spot in Zabul province, 170 miles down the newly resurfaced road from the capital, Kabul, Gen.
