Police in Indian-administered Kashmir say militants have carried out more attacks ahead of the next phase of India’s general elections. Militants, together with the main separatist political alliance, have called for a boycott of the polls. Meanwhile the country’s main parties are stepping up their campaigning for Monday’s polling.
