The Israeli military blew up the house of a suicide bomber in the West Bank city of Nablus on Wednesday, the second time it has destroyed the home in the past two decades, the family said. The army, which routinely carries out the demolitions as a deterrent, said it destroyed the home of Sabih Abu Saud’s family to show those involved in attacks “that their actions have a price.” Abu Saud became the youngest suicide bomber in the most-recent 3 1/2 years of conflict when he blew himself up in the West Bank village of Azzoun in November — just days after his 16th birthday.
