Local elevator managers need to “think like a criminal” in order to identify which parts of their operations could be vulnerable to terrorist or other security threats, according to a production quality expert, speaking at the annual convention of the National Grain and Feed Association Sunday. There are “hundreds of ways to contaminate our food supply,” warned Paul Stevenson, director of production quality and identity preservation (IP) systems for AIB International in Kansas City, Mo.
