A rocket struck near a telephone exchange in southeastern Baghdad on Thursday night, killing three people and wounding two, witnesses said. The attack came a day after guerrillas rocketed a telephone exchange elsewhere in the capital, killing one person and halting international phone connections for much of Iraq only days after the system was returned to service.
