For the second time this month, authorities charged a man with making up a story about family members planning terrorism, sending dozens of FBI agents on what the agency said was a wild goose hunt. According to the charges, 40-year-old Awni Abughoush told the FBI last week that his sister drove a lunch truck and planned to poison its food or rig the truck with explosives. Agents confronted Abughoush, an Israeli-born German citizen visiting Tinley Park on a tourist visa, on Tuesday after his sister and other relatives said he was upset over a money dispute, the charges said.
