Two people were killed and two seriously injured when a blast tore through a science building belonging to the secret services of the former Soviet republic of Georgia, officials said. The blast went off on the 11th floor of Institute of Isotopes in the Georgian capital Tbilisi, the interior ministry said. Ministry officials said they suspected it had been caused by improper transfer of containers filled with nitrogen in the lab.
